- Keep CRM clean and calls unmissed, if someone reaches out, they hear back from you, in time.
- Whisper secrets to the marketing team: what leads are gold and which ones are gravel.
- Follow up like a pro, bringing hesitant prospects closer to “yes.”
- Prepare smart sales reports and spot ways to make our process sharper.
