Join Linamar as a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator, the key link between operations and maintenance. You'll drive effective preventative maintenance programs while training staff on best practices.
In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and monitor maintenance programs essential for facility efficiency. A Millwright 433A License or equivalent experience is mandatory. Your responsibilities include preparing maintenance schedules, compliance checklists, and assisting with work order management to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance plans
• Coordinate scheduled downtimes to minimize production impact
