Role Purpose

The Pricing Supervisor / Manager leads the Pricing Team within the Pricing, Sales & Solution Enablement function, delivering pricing support for global business pursuits and complex multi‑country bids. The role owns the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of pricing deliverables, manages a team of Pricing Analysts and Team Leads across two regional pods, and serves as a senior pricing advisor to commercial and finance stakeholders.

People Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 across two regional pods (2 Team Leads + 6 Pricing Analysts), including performance reviews, twice‑monthly 1:1s, onboarding, scheduling, and capacity planning.
