Role Overview

The Principal Consultant is Aurigo’s highest-impact individual contributor consulting role—the visible standard the broader consulting team is being developed toward. You are a trusted advisor. Customers describe you as a partner who improved how they operate, not a vendor who configured their software.

This role exists because Aurigo’s consulting practice is moving from a requirements-driven model to a functional consulting model where consultants own the business solution and drive outcomes. Training can describe that standard. You demonstrate it.

Where This Role Sits

You sit within Aurigo’s CX Consulting function, reporting to the Senior Manager, Consulting. You are the senior consulting presence on complex engagements—Mega Gov, Federal, and demanding DOT implementations.
