Principal Engineering Design

Lead company-wide engineering teams performing design, development, and test of integrated BMC3 capabilities. The BMC3 Systems Engineering Lead (LSE) will technically oversee teams performing development and test of integrated BMC3 offerings, aligning customer requirements with the team's overall technical capacity and maturity and ensuring that delivered capabilities meet each program's objectives. The LSE is responsible for the program technical baselines and associated deliverables, guiding the teams through project milestones while managing technical risk and tracking action items to closure. Oversee the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for BMC3 product development, including requirements definition, system design and development, integration, testing, and deployment.
