About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Lead Developer – Risk Technology to play a critical role in a multi-year Risk Transformation Program. This position combines technical leadership (60%) and people leadership (40%), leading the modernization of strategic risk platforms while managing Manila-based engineering teams.

You will work closely with global stakeholders and technology teams, particularly colleagues based in London, to deliver cloud-native solutions, modernize legacy applications, and establish engineering best practices across development and QA functions.
