Principle Engineer – RF Reliability

In this reliability engineering role you will work cross-functionally with integration, device, and design teams among others in the RF product line to drive reliability objectives through development and qualification. A solid background in semiconductor reliability and SiGe HBT and RF-SOI devices is essential to this success in this role.

Essential Responsibilities

• Drive reliability planning, testing, and assessments for GF Radio Frequency (RF) technology offerings in RF-SOI, and RF-SiGe technologies using risk based thinking and latest developments RF device reliability physics.
• Develop Safe Operating Area (SOA) models for RF switches and Power Amplifiers.
• Drive root cause analysis of reliability test, initiate failure analysis work, propose corrective actions, and continually update FMEAs.
• Prepare qualification plans and reports for both internal and external customers.
