Printer R&D Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, conduct, and execute printer tests according to documented procedures.
• Operate climatic walk-in chambers for controlled testing environment.
• Communicate test issues and observations to engineers and perform basic troubleshooting as guided.
• Prepare and submit basic data-entry reports required by the engineering team.
• Provide training and guidance to testers when needed.
• Perform basic data collection using lab equipment (e.g., Microscope, E-tester) under engineer instructions.
• Conduct routine maintenance of lab equipment (e.g., Inspector scanners, E-tester, Microscope).
• Support ad-hoc test requests from the R&D team.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall upkeep of the R&D Lab
