Job Responsibilities


Lead and manage Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Research & Development (R&D), and Process Technology functions.
Ensure consistent implementation of quality management systems, food safety standards, product innovation, and process improvements across production operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, technology adoption, and new product development to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Lead and coordinate QA, QC, and R&D teams to align with company objectives.
Develop and maintain quality management systems in compliance with Halal, HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
Oversee internal and external quality audits and ensure audit readiness.
