Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer / Production Engineer who will lead continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor by combining manufacturing techniques with strong knowledge of the Tetra Pak product portfolio.

In this role, you will be an individual contributor who will act as the key link between production and engineering, driving technical excellence, improving processes, and developing shop floor capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on operational performance, contribute to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives, and work closely with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico State, Mexico. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
