Process Engineer(Fastening & Joining Technologies)_ EM

• Develop and industrialize fastening and joining technologies for eDrive manufacturing.
• Conduct process validation and capability studies.
• Support equipment specification and process development.
• Drive innovation in joining technologies and assembly methods.
• Resolve production issues and improve process performance.
• Define process standards and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in fastening, welding, joining or assembly technologies.
• Experience with laser welding, resistance welding, bonding or fastening systems.
• Knowledge of DOE and process qualification methods.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good English communication skills.
