Job Description
Lead sustaining engineering and process optimization initiatives to improve manufacturing yield, quality, cost, and operational robustness. Manage and develop a team of Process Engineers while driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting stable, efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead process optimization and sustaining engineering activities.
- Improve yield, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of Process Engineers.
- Support production, equipment, and process troubleshooting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams.
- Monitor KPIs such as yield, scrap, downtime, OEE, and cost savings.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience with leadership experience preferred.
