Key Responsibilities- Executes process support for development and manufacturing according to process documentation, run cards, and experiment plans.
- Performs wafer metrology and inspection using approved tools to collect accurate process data.
- Supports DOE by running wafers, tracking splits, ensuring proper disposition, and validating compliance.
