Process Manager – Food Manufacturing

We are looking for a Process Manager to drive continuous quality improvement across our production, product development and technical teams. You will embed yourself in the factory operation, become the NPD factory process expert, audit processes, monitor day‑to‑day operations, validate equipment and support the introduction of new and improved processes.

Location: UK Headquarters, Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce failure and minimise variability.
• Support new and improved product trials and conduct extended process trials post launch.
• Lead process audits, investigations on failure or complaints and on‑going process validation of equipment and operations.
• Engage with key internal stakeholders to establish quality attributes, standards and cost‑saving opportunities.
