Senior Process Optimization Specialist – senior role leading end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, process redesign, automation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead process mapping, modelling (As‑Is / To‑Be) and redesign of complex operational and strategic processes.
Identify inefficiencies, analyse KPIs/data, and develop business cases for improvement.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma and BPM initiatives and support automation (RPA, BPM, low‑code).
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide expert guidance to junior team members.
Manage improvement projects end‑to‑end and present findings to senior leadership.
Produce documentation: BPMN diagrams, workflows, procedures and standards.
