Process Quality Engineer


We are looking for a Process Quality Engineer for our Sakarya location.

About the team and role:


Our 13‑member Process Quality Team in Sakarya ensures robust production readiness, flawless launches, and sustainable product quality across all manufacturing processes. We lead comprehensive quality planning for new products and major changes, securing Safe Launch performance and meeting all customer and internal Quality KPI targets.

What you can look forward to as Process Quality Engineer:

  • Manage Quality Planning for new & key changes to achieve Safe Launch, Quality KPIs Targets and Customer Satisfaction.

  • Drive the understanding of Customer requirements related to quality planning such as safe launch planning, Process Readiness Audit, etc.) to ensure SOP readiness and safe launch.
