About The Role

Thiess is seeking a dedicated Process Specialist to join our Payroll team at the Brisbane Head Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive library of payroll processes and work instructions, ensuring consistency in payroll administration and mitigating risks. You will also lead initiatives aimed at improving payroll processes to create efficiencies and reduce manual tasks.
