Process Technician

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering support environment.
• Training will be provided for specialized tasks (FVT, FAR, potting, fixture PM).

Process Support Responsibilities

Perform product testing following approved test instructions (training provided).

Execute FAR/dummy-run as supervised by engineers.

Update Visual Guide and simple labelling software templates based on engineer inputs.

Assist in FVT software download (following documented steps).

Assist in DGS preparation for WIP failure documentation.

Update weekly yield data for engineer review (not analysis).

Highlight equipment abnormalities to Supervisor/Engineer — no deep troubleshooting required.

Perform basic PM updates on jigs, fixtures, and ESD torque drivers.

Support ESD and OSH compliance on floor....
