We’re searching for a Technician to be part of our Process Integration (YDD) diverse team of talent.
What you will be working on:- To perform inline inspection and recipe setup for brightfield and darkfield inspection tools.
- To perform Optical / SEM reviews and defect classification for OOC lots
- To generate Defect Notice for OOC lots and inform respective departments
- To manage the WIP and response to request from other departments
- To assist YDD Engineer on analysis and assessment
