Job Title: Process Technologist

Salary Range: CAD$87,995– CAD$105,594

To support the Operations team in delivering new product development (NPD) and existing product development (EPD) projects by assisting with factory trials, pre-productions, reporting, data collection, and customer visit preparations. Collaborate across departments, particularly Product Development, to develop cost‑effective production processes and provide hands‑on support to ensure successful product launches and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities

• Scope covers all NPD and EPD projects across all categories.
• Work alongside the Product Development team on new briefs and concepts to ensure they are viable for factory scale up.
