Procurement Assistant
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- With good communication skills.
- Experience in Purchasing / Procurement is an advantage.
- Computer skills most especially in browsing on the internet and proficiency in computer software.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to details.
- Know how to drive manual and automatic.
- Assist in the procurement process by researching vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining purchasing records.
- Handle account to attend all the Request for Quote.
- Conduct and evaluate market research.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and find the best lower prices.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Review specifications and quality of purchased products.
- Must know how to drive manual and automatic.
- Assisting with the delivery and collection.
