Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations for required materials and services.
  • Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining good vendor relationships.
  • Check and verify delivered items against purchase orders and report any issues.
  • Support cost‑saving initiatives and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and procurement‑related tasks as assigned.
