Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer, Architect, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer , with preferred experience in Cost Estimating, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • With more than five (5) years of experience in construction project management, Cost engineering & cost forensics, quantity surveying and/or construction procurement.
  • Previous experience in procurement within the construction industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates advanced negotiation skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Proven experience in vendor management to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.
