Procurement Planner

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Planner – Spare Parts & Tools to support purchasing operations. In this role, you will execute procurement activities including purchase orders, supplier quotes, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high service levels. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Execution

• Manage the full purchase order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Prepare and evaluate requests for quotation (RFQs) and supplier proposals
• Monitor procurement activities, identify risks or delays, and recommend solutions
• Support development of product and service specifications with internal teams
