Job Description

• Follow up procurement packages
• Develop and implement procurement strategies with focus on cost reduction and value creation
• Conduct market screening to identify cost‑effective suppliers and solutions
• Prepare inquiry documents for equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering
• Perform commercial evaluations of quotations
• Monitor and ensure delivery according to agreed timeframe, cost, and quality
• Handle risks, deviations, and invoice processing
• Ensure all activities comply with client guidelines, work instructions, and procedures
• Continuously contribute to improvements that reduce risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen collaboration
