Product Design Lead

This is not a pure UI role. We are not looking for someone to produce screens or polish interfaces.

We are looking for a designer who can translate complex financial and on-chain workflows into experiences that institutional and qualified investors trust, navigate, and rely on. You will shape how our products behave, not just how they look.

You will work directly with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and the Business team.

You should be comfortable operating without perfectly defined requirements and helping structure product direction alongside Product and Engineering. We are specifically looking for people who have built and shipped products inside product companies, not agency or consulting environments.
