Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Demonstration

• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
• Explain technical features and benefits effectively.

2. Project Management (Customer-wise)

• Manage customer-specific projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate required actions across all departments to ensure timely delivery.

3. Sales Tools Development

• Create, review, and refine sales tools and presentations.
• Ensure tools are aligned with product updates and customer needs.

4. Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Regularization

• Implement and regularize ECN processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication of changes.
