Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving for API integrations.
- Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes and data sharing into warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks.
- Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform.
- Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Manage monthly KPI reporting, generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Identify and specify application issues, collaborating with Product & Development teams for improvements.
- Engage proactively with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Facilitate the Agile process for prioritization, coordination, and planning within the team.
