Product Support Analyst (SCM)

A Product Analyst to provide application and technical support to Velocity – FSM Supply Management for Infor global customers and partners. They are responsible for updating tickets for internal and external clients, work closely with other teams to determine the fastest and greatest solution, and communicate effectively in both written and oral formats. This role requires a team player who can handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced working environment. The position is on a permanent night shift with flexibility for rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, and can handle high volume incidents and customer management.
