Job Description

Telnyx is looking for a Product Support Engineer in Córdoba, Argentina. In this role, you will troubleshoot VoIP/SIP calls and replicate API issues to ensure exceptional customer support. You will work closely with operations and engineering squads to solve problems effectively and provide top-notch service via chat, call, and email.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer-service background and knowledge of telephony protocols like SIP, RTP, and T.38, combined with skills in Wireshark and Postman for troubleshooting.
