As a Product Technical Writer at Hello Clever, you will play a key role in creating clear, concise, and well-structured documentation that improves user experience and supports our internal teams.

Responsibilities

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, system documentation, integration guides, and troubleshooting resources. Ensure content is clear, accurate, accessible and up-to-date for both technical and non-technical audiences including AI agents.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Product, Head of Engineering, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information. Trans...
