Production Engineer ( Electronics Manufacturing)

You will lead daily production operations, drive manufacturing process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality in a precision manufacturing environment.

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
• Coordinate manpower allocation, production scheduling, and workflow execution to optimize resource use
• Troubleshoot production, process, and manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and defects
• Implement process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality
• Develop and maintain clear work instructions, production procedures, and manufacturing documentation
