Role Purpose
- To monitor overall production activities in plant
- To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant
- To ensure product quality meeting quality standards
- To ensure safe operation and attend all required safety training
- To implement all BMOS Requirements
- To initiate improvement plans to improve performance of production plants in terms of product quality and plant efficiencies.
Main Accountabilities
- To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule.
- Good leadership skills in leading plant troubleshooting.
- Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, make sure all documentation and requirements are in order.
