Production Operative – Late Shift
Location: Aylesbury
We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary booking , with the opportunity to be taken on permanently after the initial period.
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Shift: Morning shift 14:30 - 22:00
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview
This role involves working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Previous experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Following manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Assisting with assembly, processing, and production line duties
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any faults
