Production Operator
Henry, TN
We are hiring a Production Operator to oversee plant operations, including drying and milling systems, while ensuring safe, efficient production and quality output.
Responsibilities:
+ Operate and monitor plant equipment (dryer, mills, material systems)
+ Adjust processes to maintain production rates and quality standards
+ Take and record samples for quality control
+ Lead and support plant personnel to ensure safe operations
+ Complete inspections, reporting, and shift handoffs
+ Maintain clean and safe work areas
Requirements:
+ 3+ years of industrial, mining, or manufacturing experience
+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
+ Ability to work shifts, overtime, and on-call
+ Strong communication and teamwork
Physical Requirements:
+ Lift up to 96 lbs
