Job Summary
The Production Scheduler manages and supports all production related activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Dispatch to generate and distribute daily production schedules to achieve delivery commitments.
- Utilize ERP system capabilities for production scheduling. Create and verify Bills‑of‑Materials for standard and custom products.
- Communicate production lead times to all levels of the organization.
- Schedule all stock and custom products based on form capacity, manpower availability and min/max inventory levels.
- Review Min/Max inventory levels and adjust based on sales history.
- Coordinate the movement of stock inventory to the appropriate plant location or distribution center with Dispatch.
