Production Support - 122007 Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in application production support on Java and .NET applications in both Unix and Windows operating environments
  • Experience in incident management, problem management, release management, root cause analysis and deployment
  • Understand SDLC and experience working with business users, various IT teams and vendors
  • Knowledge of web languages ( HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with databases ( Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and application servers ( IIS, WebSphere Application Server)
  • Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
  • Self-driven, creative and team-oriented person with good interpersonal skill
  • Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technology
