Production Well Testing Operator

Grande Prairie, Alberta | Full-Time (Permanent)

Oil & Gas / Well Testing & Flowback | Intermediate (2+ Years) | Field Rotation

  • Position Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
  • Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta (field-based, Western Canada)
  • Schedule: Field rotation, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)
  • Hours: 12-hour shifts, day and night rotations
  • Compensation: $350 to $400 per day to start, plus Living Out Allowance (LOA)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Production Well Testing Operator or Flowback Operator
  • Certification: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid with CPR, CSO (or equivalent); valid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract
  • Work Environment: Outdoor, year-round, all weather conditions; sweet and sour well sites
