Responsibilities

  • Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound sales motions with regular customer contact across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach.
  • Identify relevant alternative points of contact as appropriate to outreach strategy through tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk targets.
  • Adhere to all response‑time SLA’s and use mandatory sales cadences.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline, focusing on moving prospects through the funnel.
  • Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
  • Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to continue the customer journey.
