• Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, aligning resources and timelines. • Maintain and manage PSO calendars, ensuring accurate visibility into upcoming work, milestones, and deliverables. • Support purchase order (PO) and invoice tracking, validation, and reconciliation to ensure alignment between services delivered and financial records. • Drive data hygiene across systems of record (e.g., CRM, project tracking tools, financial systems), ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders, project records, and customer data. • Monitor active work and proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays—escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines. • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery) to ensure alignment across scheduling, financials, and execution. • Support escalation management by gathering context, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution o...
