The primary purpose of this position is: To provide expert guidance and advice to Air Force headquarters, USEUCOM and its service components, and to provide COM USAFE-AFAFRICA and senior leaders guidance related to Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), counter-air (CA) defense strategic planning, defense design, and air base defense, Responsibilities Uses expertise to plan, organize, and direct the activities of counter-air (CA) defense for USEUCOM and USAFE/ AFAFRICA. Develops new methods for testing and evaluating the effectiveness of planning, programming, and budget actions/processes in support of major Air Force mission and USEUCOM missions and operational plans.
