Responsibilities

  • Customer Service (Answering Phones and Responding to Client Inquiries or Directing Clients to Appropriate Department/Person)
  • Checking Voicemails and Responding to client inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Order Entry (Sales and Rentals)
  • Contacting clients to confirm delivery and pick-up dates and generate additional sales or rentals
  • Communicating and planning with drivers and technicians as required
  • Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Complete Training and Certifications as Required (Mobility, Lifts, Aids to Daily Living)
  • Daily processing, maintenance and overall management of contract based and private rental programs
  • Picking and processing product for delivery
  • Preparing inter-branch transfers and associated paperwork
  • Receiving and distribution of all inter-branch transfers and associated paperwork
