As a Program Development Educator, enhance client-centered care across rural facilities. Collaborate with health leaders to implement vital education programs for community-based services.
This role focuses on the integration of adult learning principles and quality client care. Reporting to the Primary Health Care Manager, the educator will assess training needs, design educational activities, and lead programs across various clinical areas. You'll engage with care staff, supporting continuous improvement and effective use of electronic health records.
