Principal/Lead Consultant – Program Director Project Management: Experience in agile methodologies, have led as Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master roles within SAFe projects and helped build Agile Ways of working transformation programs for client IT organizations. Proven ability to lead teams and be committed to mentor junior consultants. Should be able to collaborate and work across client teams, vendor, stakeholders etc. At least one recognized project management certification (e.g., PMI-PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, CAPM, CSM).
