Key responsibilities:
+ Supervise a variety of managers including Supervisor 1, Supervisor 2 and Assistant Director.
+ To guide, support, and develop Clinicians who provide services to people across the entire region.
+ Actively participates in program meetings, regional meetings, leadership meetings, agency committees, and/or projects.
+ Retain diverse, highly qualified leaders and provide career coaching, growth, and personal development for direct/indirect report employees.
+ In the absence of one, perform the role of Supervisor which will include: program oversight, staff training, adherence to state and city regulations, managing program budgets, liaising with families.
