**Description**
Leidos Air Traffic business area within the Homeland Sector has an opening for a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support the Time Based Flow Management (TBFM) contract in Gaithersburg, MD.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Lead all aspects of program financial planning and analysis, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly outlooks, Estimate at Complete (EAC), cash forecasting, risks and opportunities (R&O), and variance analysis.
+ Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Scheduling, and Functional organizations to ensure financial objectives are aligned.
+ Provide financial leadership for Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), cost performance analysis, Estimate-to-Complete (ETC) reviews, and variance reporting.
+ Support customer and internal reporting requirements, including IPMR, CFSR, PMR, MOR, and IPR deliverables and presentations.
