Job Description
**Description:** We are seeking a Program Manager, Associate for the Air Dominance Block 1.1 program. As a PM leader, you will lead a cross-functional team to manage both development and transition to production risk and opportunities as well as oversee design-to-cost initiatives for block upgrades.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Program Management Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the Air Dominance block upgrades Risk and Opportunity process
• Establish and manage a robust affordability program for the active and future block upgrade programs
• Interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, production operations and customers
• Serve as the primary interface to the Air Dominance Transition-to-Production Program team for the Block 1.1 configuration
• Support follow-on and engineering change proposals at the prime level
