Responsibilities
- Work closely with IT PMs & Business PMs to ensure smooth management of all administrative and support office operations within assigned projects and related initiatives.
- Assist IT PMs & Business PMs to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of initiative statuses (including achievements, milestones, and value reporting) to management committees and Boards.
- Assist in the compilation, finalisation, and coordination of project documentation, including obtaining relevant sign offs and ensuring proper filing.
- Assist in facilitating project meetings, including documenting meeting outcomes, minutes, and follow up of action items.
- Support the preparation and updating of project documents and control artefacts (e.g. Risk, Issues,Change Request logs and checklists).
