We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex firmware, embedded systems, and AI‑enabled software development programs. This customer‑facing role will drive delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and the adoption of agentic/AI‑driven SDLC practices to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Governance
Lead firmware, embedded systems, and AI‑enabled development programs using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
Act as the primary point of contact, aligning global teams with client priorities and roadmaps.
Manage program plans, risks, dependencies, milestones, and resource allocation.
Drive governance and ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations.
