Position Overview

dormakaba Global IT is seeking a Program Manager SAP & Business Applications to lead the execution of critical enterprise transformation initiatives. This role is central to delivering large-scale SAP programs that underpin dormakaba’s core business processes across finance, supply chain and operations.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of strategic programs from initiation through to successful delivery and value realization, managing scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams and partners.
• Establish and lead governance structures with senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective decision‑making.
• Steer execution on a day‑to‑day basis, proactively resolving issues and clarifying complex, fast‑moving environments.
